I have selected Virginia for my white paper target. However, Alabama is a close second that has not disappeared altogether at this point. I’d like to discuss this selection briefly in person. Thank you!

I am tentatively choosing OK (birthplace of the modern lethal injection protocol), but I am still thinking about Ohio as well.

I am thinking I would like to use an international jurisdiction so was thinking of focusing on Iran, specifically the use of capital punishment for non violent offenses…

I was thinking of addressing issues in federal death penalty law.

I am tentatively thinking of researching an area in Southeast Asia, but have yet to decide definitively. I also may explore possible changes in Eastern European laws since many are newer democracies and have newly developing laws.
